What is this plant?

Have you seen this plant? What is the name?


Looks like tissue from afar. Found next to MRT track near Bottle Tree Park
Update: During the Pasir Panjang Nursery tour, I got to know that this is commonly known as Handkerchief Tree. (Maniltoa browneoides)

    Looks familiar but I am not sure. Does it smell sweet? I think in my country we call this Rosal. But they dont grow like this so I might be wrong. #ww

      Hi Pixiedust, thanks for your reply! We did not smell any fragrant under the tree. I just googled Rosal, they are so pretty! :)
